Let it not be said that I am a PS3 fanboy; in fact, I’m enjoying a passionate love affair with my Xbox 360 on a daily basis. However, one cannot ignore the plethora of features the PS3 holds as an entertainment center.

Microsoft’s Xbox Live service has been the undisputed ruler of online gaming communities to date. Beginning as a way to play games with friends over an internet connection, it has become much, much more.

I just can’t help myself. The PS3 is getting an update, as if all it’s other problems aren’t enough, Sony has decided not to address them all but instead offer up the Folding @ home project with the PS3 update. You won’t be able to convince me that they did manage to fix all their ills in the update and if you think that, it’s time to take a step back.

The Playstation 3 is Sony’s latest entry in the console market and is just more than a gaming console. The PS3 is also a Blu-Ray player and if you want a Blu-Ray player you will find the PS3 is cheaper than most standalone Blu-Ray players on the market.

The retail packaging of the most anticipated Xbox 360 game of the year has been revealed. If you haven’t heard about Halo 3 by now you have been living under a rock. It is the successor to the most successful titles on the Xbox, namely, Halo and Halo 2 (which is also coming to PC, Vista only).
