Amazon sells 1400 Wiis in 10 minutes, limits purchases
A year in and Nintendo is still having problems meeting demand for its popular console. After Amazon received a shipment of 1400 Wiis, the units sold out in just 10 minutes. There is also a limit on how many Wiis one can purchase from Amazon.
Unlike every other company on the planet, Nintendo does not take preorders for the system so its first come first serve and if you want a Wii you may still have a few options this holiday season.
Digital Spy suggests several options, you can pay jacked up prices on eBay, purchase a used Wii at the likes of GameStop or purchase a Wii bundle where some retailers have set aside Wiis to be sold only with games and accessories.
If you do end up snagging a Wii from Amazon, you will only be able to purchase three per calendar month and if it is on your shopping list this holiday season the only thing I can add is “good luck.”

Are people still falling for this con?
WAKE UP..
It’s not that the Wii is great, and therefore hard to find. It’s because Nintendo are drip feeding supplies, to creake a fake sense of desirablility.
Consumers are so stupid sometimes…

Mak, where do you get your information? Give me one website, person, anything, who/that states that Nintendo is not trying to meet up with demand, that it is actually holding back supplies.
