Students and staff at Morrisville State College had recently discovered areas of the campus where Bluetooth headsets would not sync to their cell phones. Baffled by this occurrence, the IT department brought in specialized radio frequency analysis software to pinpoint the cause of this problem, finding that the culprit was Microsoft’s Xbox 360.

With the press of advertising trying to ply you into buying the one gaming system above all others, many people forget that the Gameboy DS is also a competitor in this attempt to wins sales. One look tells us that the DS is not only a player in this game, but at the top of it as well.

In a stinging attack against rival Nintendo, Sony chairman Sir Howard Stringer has said that he is happy that the Wii is “a bit short on hardware”, obviously referring to the Wii’s well-known lack of grunt. He also admitted that there was some question about whether the PlayStation 3 (PS3) would make it through this “early part of the cycle”.

As we approach the time of the month when the latest console sales figures get released, two different analysts have predicted how they might read. Unsurprisingly, both Michael Pachter and Jesse Divnich suggest that the Wii is streets ahead of its home console rivals the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Sales of the Nintendo Wii have so far exceeded anyone and everyone’s expectations, even games developers and Nintendo itself. The small white console has smashed sales of the Xbox 360 and PS3 so convincingly that Nintendo has now seemingly decided to just give up trying…

We finally received our review copy of Time Crisis 3 with a Guncon 3 light gun, and, after a few days with the game, it seems to have held up well in some aspects and failed in others. Although, you shouldn’t expect toom much out of the game, it surprised me with one unexpected feature.

Since the first day of the Nintendo Wii being out on the market, Nintendo has claimed that the Wii is not a gaming console but an entertainment system. That statement may need to be revised after seeing what Ohio State University Medical Center’s Dodd Hall Rehabilitation Hospital in Columbus is doing with it.

Despite anyone who knows anything about the games industry realising that the Playstation 3 has underperformed, both in terms of games, and sales, in its first year, Sony has refused to admit anything of the sort… until now.
