esrb The problem with game ratings set up for all games/systems/consoles (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) is not that the package is clearly labeled by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) as to who can and who can’t purchase a game but that it is up to the retailer to enforce them.  Most retailers like Best Buy, Gamestop and similar are only concerned with one thing; making a sale which breaks the whole system.

Sony PS3 2.2 update available but without PSP Sony has unleashed firmware version 2.20 for its PS3 console.  It has arrived mostly as expected but is lacking one feature that many were predicting it could/should have had.
