Dust off the Xbox 360, exclusives coming this Christmas There is no denying it, the Xbox 360 has had a dry lineup thus far with very little exclusives coming out this year. You could say that the PS3 has the Xbox 360 beat as far as the game lineup is concerned for 2009. However, don’t count the Xbox 360 out yet as there will be some exclusive titles coming out in time for Christmas.

We basically wait all year for a decent game to come along, or any game in fact, and then hundreds of the damn things come along at once. Q3 2009: Xbox 360 owners buying fewer games this year? Microsoft recently posted third-quarter 2009 financial results and it looks to be a mixed bag. The Xbox division suffered a third-quarter loss after profiting same time last year. It seems that gamers are not buying games this year. However, there is a silver lining in the sky, Microsoft sold an incredible number of Xbox 360s despite the economic recession.

Would it do Sony longterm good if the PS3 came last this gen?The PS3 is currently in last place of the three home consoles in terms of sales. Second place is looking unlikely because of the stranglehold the Xbox 360 has in the U.S., and the Wii probably, unfortunately, has first place tied up.
