The PS3 Slim has been on a roll on Amazon ever since it was announced nearly two weeks ago. However, it seems like there is a new top dog in town and it’s the Xbox 360 version of Tales of Vesperia, knocking the PS3 Slim off the number one spot. Is the momentum for the PS3 Slim finally starting to fall?

The controversy around the game stems from the association of the game with Orson Scott Card who is outspokenly anti-gay. However, gamers should not judge the game based on the author of the book but its gameplay.

A lot of overblown nonsense has been written about the PS3 Slim over the last few days. After all, this is just a new iteration of an existing console which is almost exactly the same as its nearest predecessor. However, I’ll concede that the mostly positive talk of the PS3 Slim has me wondering if it can actually achieve what Sony wants it to – kicking a hole in sales of the Wii and Xbox 360.
