Naughty Dog hints at more co-op content for Uncharted 2
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves has been voted by the majority of the gaming sites out there as The Game of the Year. With so much praise going around for the game, it only makes sense for Naughty Dog to continue to provide support for it. It seems like some additional content may just be around the corner.
According to an interview with G4, Evan Wells the head honcho of Naughty Dog, teased some additional content for Uncharted 2. Apart from the magnificent single player campaign, the online co-op mode garnered quite a bit of attention as well. According to Wells, there may be some additional content coming for the co-op mode shortly.
The content would probably be geared towards the survival and gold rush modes as he mission based mode requires additional voice/mo-cap work. The mission based mode is similar to that of COD: Modern Warfare 2’s Spec Ops mode and the survival mode is similar to that of Left 4 Dead’s survival mode.
Personally, I can’t wait for more survival modes with helicopters and fully armored juggernauts with Gatling guns all out to get you.

I only played the co-op in the full version of the product about once, 1 survival mode. I’ll need to find time to start digging into it. I’m sure it’s great.
Uncharted 2 is probably one of the most important games for the PS3. LittleBigPlanet, MGS4, and Uncharted 2, I’d say. We’ll add GOW3 and GT5 to that list if they turn out.
One thing that you can’t deny about the PS3 is that it has some damn good exclusives. Just like you can’t deny the 360′s damn good online service (even with that cost). Great to see that they are keeping the game alive.

I just finished this game in Normal mode and it was the most satisfying game I ever played.
Although the game gives triggers my altophobia and dizzyness its funfactor keeps me LMAO from start to finish.
Its like finishing one box of Papa John’s pizza with one liter of Coke.
I am not good at shooters but aiming system has a good short learning curve.
Co-op is fun to play using those bone twisting stealth ambush attacks when the two party members keep the enemies distracted. The players are so kind & cooperative team players specialy when you need healing.
The game has long legs by word of mouth so online multiplayer service may enjoy a longer life.
Multiplayer is just part two of this game. So much fun!
Anybody here knows why Naughty Dog gives special thanks to Bunjie Studios?
Did Bunjie had some contribution to the game?
Anyway, this made my New Year Happy ^__^
This blu-ray disc is a keeper.

Speaking of games triggering my fear of heights, I just climbed Aldens tower in Infamous yesterday, and I had to take a break to let some nausea pass, I have a pretty severe fear of open heights, but it is the first game that actually made my stomach physically nervous.

When I first played Uncharted 2 (about 7 hours straight), my eyes were getting pretty strained. Never felt nauseous during a building part, however, since I don’t really fear hights. I do hate the 80-200 foot range though, since it’s high enough to kill you but too low to enjoy the freefalling. I’m not afraid of falling, but the “hitting the ground” deal makes me avoid being too stupid while climbing.
Fear of airplanes? Naw, I love flying. I even own one (lucky me!).

I’m one of the fortunate people that can play any game. I know a lot of people who suffer from motion sickness that can’t play first person shooters or games with swinging cameras in them. I would be upset if I couldn’t play what I wanted to play.

I have many RC planes. One with a 6 foot wing span. as well as quite a few Heli’s.
It will have to do until my girls are bigger and I have time. I think a Heli license would be better for me.
