One of the greatest things about Fallout 2 is the perks system, allowing you to obtain a special ability. However, not all icons for the perks made it into the game as an artist currently unveiled a mysterious perk not seen in the game before.

Recently Valve indicated that the company would be developing games for the PS3 down the road. Now, it seems that the company representative is showing remorse about not taking advantage of the PS3 initially.

Twisted Metal and God Of War creator David Jaffe still cares about reviews. And that’s straight from the mouth of the game developer himself. So I guess it’s a good thing that God Of War is garnering great reviews from all quarters.

With God of War III set to come out on March 16, the hype meter has gone into overdrive. Spike TV recently aired a special episode that’s all about God of War III and it doesn’t disappoint.

Rumors of a new game under development at EPIC Games have been prevalent for quite some time. As the stars align for E3, there is good indication that the game EPIC is working on is a multiplatform title for the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Anyone hoping that the next generation of games consoles would be pitching up anytime soon is to be sorely disappointed. Nintendo and Microsoft have already insisted there’s nothing in the pipeline, and now Sony has added its voice to that camp, with SCEA CEO Jack Tretton insisting the PS4 is years away.

Like it or not, and I know many of you aren’t keen, motion control is the future of gaming. The Wii has led the way, but the PS3 and Xbox 360 are soon to join it in offering this hands-on method of playing. Though still at least six months from release, Microsoft has been demonstrating Natal to various interested parties.

A little game based on the Unreal Tournament 3 engine has been getting a bit of attention from the video game community. The game, The Haunted is a complete UT3 mod developed from the ground up to be a action-horror shooter.

Bungie has clearly admitted that the studio is working on a new IP with Halo: Reach being the last game in saga. Microsoft’s internal team will be taking over the Halo franchise allowing Bungie to sow some new wild oats.
