Valve: will most likely support the PS3 soon
One of the most controversial studios out there is Valve for its stance against developing anything for the PS3. It seems like Valve may be changing its stance towards the platform finally.
In a recent interview with Edge magazine, Valve’s Left 4 Dead writer, Chet Faliszek indicated that PS3 support is on the horizon. Valve’s Gabe Newell has criticized Sony in the past for making a difficult console to develop for. The PS3 actually requires developers to program differently than your traditional PC game.
The studio has complained that the PS3 is too complicated to develop on in the past. That is why it’s surprising to see Valve now stating that the company will most likely support the PS3 down the road.
Faliszek stated:
Before we do anything on the PS3 we need to be able to support it in the right way, … but we’ll look at it, and I’m sure down the road we’ll do it.
I wonder if the PS3 selling nearly 42 percent of the 16 million copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has anything to do with this sudden change of heart.

I’m still FRIGGIN waiting for Assassins creed 2 to come. I got it from Amazon on feb 7 and it still hasn’t arrived yet. (Ordered it directly from amazon and not someone else selling on Amazon) It should of been here by the 16th, but I am guessing its lost or something cause of all the damn snow weve gotten here. New record! yay! *Fake enthusiasm*
At least I found something else to play while I wait. My nephew got Prototype for his birthday and I’m borrowing it from him. It’s a pretty awsome game. Definately worth checking out.

Half Life Episode 3 Maybe? Probably would get it on PC anyway though, the source engine was never really built for consoles being descended from the quake engine and all that.

Cmon …… EA is the biggest sales slut out there. They are not going to miss out on a good portion of sales 40 or 60% …. all these arguments are clutching at straws. Valve has been doing lazy developing, simple as that. We have seen what good developing as done, when its done right.

l4d2 is a fail. l4d is better besides the vs mode. source is over rated and system resource whore/junky. valve failed when they joined with steam. ruining most of there pc games. anyone here play on pc knows. steam ruined alot of games. including counter-strike. another great classic. before steam i enjoyed going to tournys and winning money.

The bottom line is that all human life is precious. Every race in the history of the world has been abused in history at one point or another.
