Herman Hulst the managing director at Guerrilla Games spilled the beans on a long rumored feature of Killzone 3, the split screen co-op mode. Hulst talks about how the studio was able to keep the same level of quality by squeezing out more juice from the PS3.

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception made a huge splash at the Spike VGAs. The debut trailer didn’t show much gameplay but it did reveal how beautiful the game looks so far. Yesterday the guys at Naughty Dog appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to show off some amazing gameplay.

Is it any wonder Activision releases a new Call of Duty game every year? After all, it’s not as though sales are dropping every 12 months. In fact, they’re rising on an annual basis.

One of the biggest announcements at Spike’s VGA was around Bethesda’s next Elder Scrolls game: Skyrim. The debut trailer didn’t show any gameplay but it made for a pleasant surprise to hear that there is a game in the works.

After the official debut of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, Naughty Dog released a ton of goodies onto the Playstation Store. The content range from a free dynamic theme to 50 percent off map packs for Uncharted 2. There is also a great behind the scenes video on the making of the Uncharted 3 teaser trailer.

The winners at the Spike VGA show have been announced and it looks like the two major publishers took home the most number of awards. From the console manufacturer’s side, Sony took home the most accolades.

The Spike VGAs just wrapped up this evening and the show pretty much delivered what we all were expecting. There really wasn’t anything out of left field but that isn’t to say the trailers weren’t exciting as the first footages of Uncharted 3, Mass Effect 2 and Resistance 3 rolls out.
