Sony introduces Killzone 3 ‘Total Game Integration’ to Home
Sony sent out a press release earlier today detailing PlayStation Home’s most ambitious project yet. Apparently, Killzone 3 will interface with the PlayStation Home to deliver what Sony is calling “Total Game Integration.”
Beginning Jan. 27, Killzone 3 Total Game Integration will give the Home Central Plaza a complete facelift to make it look like you are on Helghan. Once within Home, gamers will be able to help evacuate ISA troops by participating in three games.
Playing these games will not only advance you in the Home Killzone games, but also provide valuable points that can be used in the Killzone 3’s multiplayer mode. Gamers can redeem weapons and abilities by using these points.
Also, gamers will have the option to pre-order Killzone 3 within Home to receive the Helghan jet pack for within PlayStation Home use.
Director of PlayStation Home, Jack Buser stated, “PlayStation Home has seen tremendous growth in the last year and now features hundreds of games, with more coming all the time.” He added, “The introduction of Total Game Integration is another huge step forward, allowing Home to directly affect gameplay in your favorite PlayStation 3 titles.”
The Killzone 3 pre-orders in PlayStation Home are hosted by Amazon.com and are available until February 24, 2011. In addition to the custom jet pack for their PlayStation Home avatar, users that pre-order through PlayStation Home will also receive the Amazon.com gift with purchase bundle. The bundle features the Unlock and Load Pack, which includes an exclusive PlayStation®Network code for instant access to three Unlock Points to use towards a weapon or ability of choice, as well as the Killzone 3 Retro Map Pack.
This is definitely a clever idea to get hardcore gamers that may not care about Home to stop by and check it out. Check out the preview promo video above.

Sweet. Guess you seen my link.
January 25th, 2011
So when will Playstation Home come out of beta stage?
January 25th, 2011
probably not.
January 25th, 2011
Kind of funny know Home has more users than XBL Gold.
January 25th, 2011
Home needs more things like this. I remember the E3 presentation floor they set up. It was pretty cool, but if you waited a day or two you could just download all those videos through the PSN store anyway and in better quality.
January 25th, 2011
“Home needs more things like this.”
I think it is coming slowly.
January 25th, 2011
Kind of funny how 360 gamers uses online gaming services than ps3 owners even WITH having ‘more home users than xbox live gold players”.
Facebook has more users than HOME. Both are social networking services. XBox live is a gaming service.
it can be confusing for the younger gamers….ie; ps3 fanboys…lmao
January 25th, 2011
roca – how many HOME “users” are there?
January 25th, 2011
Roca
LOL your only wish that statement was true. Walking around Home on Sunday and there was probably about 100 People in there. Oh so Populated LOL. Come up with real active figures and not bullshit ones. Saw the advertisement for HipHop Gamer on the front of the theatre, when in the theatre and there was nothing showing anything about HipHip Gamer. Home is a waste of time and you know it. Maybe this Killzone thing might breath some life into it.
January 25th, 2011
Kev
17 Million people have visited home since it’s been running. Even I’ve been to home. He clearly loves to leave out the active user part. Factor in the Multiple accouts that people have and you have to wonder what the real figure really is. They got a alter personalities for when they want to dress up as girls.
January 25th, 2011
@CAD
there’s multiple servers for Home. That’s also only the people walking around publicly. There’s different apartments and shit.
Homes is not for everyone…but hey, neither is Facebook.
January 25th, 2011
Mike Ferro -”This is definitely a clever idea to get hardcore gamers that may not care about Home to stop by and check it out.”
Actually hardcore gamers care about one thing. Gaming. walking around in silence in a virtual mall trying to get perks to unlock b.s. on a $70 game is not a very enticing option to a hardcore gamer.
sony needs to do something to try to stir the interest in the ps3′s online plans. So far they are dead last in online useage.
Pretty bad when you consider the ps3 fanboys brag they have more HOME users than xbox live gold but is last in useage by the ps3 fans…
ouch..
January 25th, 2011
phranc – Facebook? really? it has more users than any other service in the history of the ‘net.
“not for everyone”….? looks like billions lost the memo..
the reality is; Facebook is infinitely more successful than HOME will ever be…..
January 25th, 2011
kev
fuck off.
Not everyone is into social networking. I couldn’t give a rats ass about Facebook. I wasn’t actually comparing it to Homes numbers you twit. Just the aspect of it.
January 25th, 2011
CAD – “Walking around Home on Sunday and there was probably about 100 People in there”
Like Phranc said, there are MANY spaces within Home you fool. You should visit the Carnival and try to count how many ppl are there
Glad to see CAD spending time in Home after getting bored of Kinect. Don’t worry your next big exclusive is due in about 10 or 11 months
January 25th, 2011
phranc – hey don’t get mad at my, sweetie. you’re the one that brought up facebook. Want to compare to HOME’s numbers? okay.
Facebook has 2 billion…. how many does HOME have? lmao….
Roca – if HOME was as fun as you claimed, it would be over crowded instead of a ghost town. I love your logic, “you can’t see anyone else, but THEY’RE THERE!”…LMAO…
Ypu = clown…
January 25th, 2011
“Facebook is infinitely more successful than HOME will ever be”
This reminds of how HH will bring stuff outside of the 360/PS3 universe to counter PS3 features.
*BD on PS3: HH “I bought the HD-DVD add on and a standalone BD player”
*web-broser on PS3: HH “I have a HTPC and a laptop for that”
*PS3 supports better sound codes: HH “My surround supports X & Y unlike PS3″
@Kev
Instead of bringing Facebook into this why don’t you bring something 360-related, like…
*1vs100 – yeah that service experience a slow death and was eventually shut down by MS.
*Games Room – more like a ghost town, where in order to have some sort of fun you need to spend money in it.
XBL Gold – still laggin behind Home’s install base.
January 25th, 2011
“kev
fuck off.”
@ Kev
LOL I think you hit a nerve!!
January 25th, 2011
So your telling me that There are tons of people sitting in their virtual apartments doing nothing and that they rather be in their virtual apartments then walking around Home. Suuureeee!!!!
January 25th, 2011
“how many does HOME have? lmao”
more than XBL Gold for sure.
and who told you Home is a Ghost town..?
Here are some of the Home stats
17M Users
236 Virtual Games
7K Virtual Items
600 Virtual Events
January 25th, 2011
roca – butt out. It’s your ps3 girlfriend that brought up facebook, PHRANC.
keep typing the lies about the 360 and xbox live. maybe it will become true the 1,000th time you type it…lmao..
you = clown…lmao.
CAD- the truth hurts sometimes. Prolly why the ps3 fanboys ignore it so much. lol.
January 25th, 2011
Roca – can i get a link to your stas from sony?
you’re a proven, career liar, so your word is worth shit at this point.
thanks. can’t wait to read how sony defines “users”…lmao. 17 million? riiiiight? meanwhile anyone who’s seen HOME knows it’s a ghost town….
link please. and not from a blog or gamin website. a credible link with breakdowns. thanks.

enjoy…
Only on PS3
January 25th, 2011
^ Watch how Kev will dismiss the link..
January 25th, 2011
i’d like to see how they got their data. Funny how they make no mention of it, how the data is collected or updated, and not one disclaimer. I
it begs the question tho; if HOME has more “users” but is used less of all the consoles online, why are so many ignoring it?
it’s because of these questions that i doubt the validity of your numbers, unless Sony is including non-ps3 users in their HOME stats. Could be case as sony and their fanboys lie a lot.
either way, blame yourself. you and you alone, destroyed your credibility with the history of lies you tell…
January 25th, 2011
anyhoo…thanks for the distraction. gotta get *some* work done today i guess.
later.
January 25th, 2011
“either way, blame yourself. you and you alone, destroyed your credibility with the history of lies you tell”
haha, funny!
I lost my credibility by providing proof and links supporting my claims which have been ignore and dismissed by you…and then whenever some one proves you wrong you call them liars and ignore the whole topic.
January 25th, 2011
LMAO Funny how CAD AKA dipshit praises Live as a place to chat it up with his friends but puts down home as a “social networking service”.
January 25th, 2011
“phranc – Facebook? really? it has more users than any other service in the history of the ‘net.
“not for everyone”….? looks like billions lost the memo..
the reality is; Facebook is infinitely more successful than HOME will ever be…..”
And like you fuckin morons said there are millions of people with multiple accounts as well as millions who create an account and never use it. Jackasses!
January 25th, 2011
I have to admit, I have a new found respect for Facebook now that I have a smart phone.
The app syncs everyting up really nicley. Almost all of my contacts now have photos, I have email address for everyone, calendar events, etc.
January 25th, 2011
“So your telling me that There are tons of people sitting in their virtual apartments doing nothing and that they rather be in their virtual apartments then walking around Home. Suuureeee!!!!”
You are a fucking liar. If you were in home you would know there are dozens of game related areas with hundreds of people times that by many servers. As well as people gathering in apartments and clubs to chat. If you have been in home you would know there are hundreds of clubs with gathering rooms. I belong to one called the Smallville Club. So quit lying dipshit.
January 25th, 2011
OT – any one downloaded the demos of bulletstorm and crysis 2 yet? what are they like?
January 25th, 2011
shitte
January 25th, 2011
“This reminds of how HH will bring stuff outside of the 360/PS3 universe to counter PS3 features.”
which is why I didn’t bother to respond to this BS anymore. Then he wants to talk users after i specifically said that wasn’t rhe intent.
Loser can’t even argue right.
@rimmer
check out negaf.
Crysis 2-buggy textures bad graphics
bulletstorm-getting good feedback.
January 25th, 2011
“LMAO Funny how CAD AKA dipshit praises Live as a place to chat it up with his friends but puts down home as a “social networking service”.”
@Ncaissie
No I don’t praise Live as a place to chat it up. I praise live as a place to play “games” that so happen to have a very good social networking built in around “Games”, not walking around a virtural world doing pointless things.
January 25th, 2011
“have a very good social networking built in”
two things you forgot to mention:
1. what games?
2. it still lags behind Home in social networking features and gaming.
in Home you can play games, nothing else needed, no strings attached, no bullshit scams.
On XBL you need to buy the games and then pay for XBL Gold…wow what a ripoff.
January 25th, 2011
Hey if Dancing around with your boyfriends and jerking off to your virtual girlfriend floats your boat who am I to hate. LOL Maybe if you buy her some virtaul chocolate and virtual flower you might get past first base.
January 25th, 2011
@CAD
There’s more to do in Home that ‘dancing around’.. over 236 Virtual Games & 600 Virtual Events is alot more than what XBL offers for $60.
I ask you again CAD..what “games”?
January 25th, 2011
“Hey if Dancing around with your boyfriends and jerking off”
That’s what CAD does with the Kinect Dance Game.
January 25th, 2011
“No I don’t praise Live as a place to chat it up. ”
Yes you have. All that Cross game chat shit you kept going on about so STFU.
January 25th, 2011
“I praise live as a place to play “games” that so happen to have a very good social networking built in around “Games”, ”
That again proves you to be a liar because Home is all about the games. There are plenty of games in Home. You can even bowl a few rounds with friends or strangers. Keep making yourself look stupid CAD.
January 25th, 2011
I know I’ve come in late, being in a different time zone and all, but Kev, you truly are a fucking moron.
You said and I quote “roca – butt out. It’s your ps3 girlfriend that brought up facebook, PHRANC.”
When in actual fact is was YOU who made the comparison before phranc said anything with “Facebook has more users than HOME.”
Now I’ve gone back and read all the posts in this article, and unless some have been removed, seriously mate, if you want to compare Facebook to Home, then that’s fine there is no argument about the number of users in Facebook to the users of home, but seriously mate I’ve never come across such a fucking moronic way to take your own argument and then claim it was said by someone else.
January 25th, 2011
lol at comparing Facebook and Home
Facebook has 500 million users. More than everything. And PC>Console when it comes to this stuff. It’s just fact. The fact Home is a success is a big deal.
January 25th, 2011
I see Kev is still very sore about losing Mass Effect 2 as an exclusive. Coming on here and ripping in to home even though M$ has gone out their way to copy it lmao.
I don’t think Kev will go into Xbox home though, he has red balls to slap until April when Gears 3 comes out …then he will slap balls again until next year lmao.
How is the Eye Toy 2 Kev?
January 25th, 2011
I won’t even bother saying anything about CAD, he is as blind as they come. He is as loyal to M$ as CONvict is to Al Quada.
January 25th, 2011
Hey everyone, remember when Kev said that ODST is the best looking FPS on any console? That was a good laugh wasn’t it?
January 26th, 2011
LOL three clowns.
January 26th, 2011
oldschool – with the problems the ps3 is having with mass effect, i can’t say i’m jealous. 1. it’s yesterdays’ news for 360 gamers and 2. it runs better on the 360.
if MS is going to copy anything it will do so similar to Second Life that will completely outclass Sony’s HOME. How do i know this? b/c knows online gaming, networking, software, etc, better than Sony as proven by Xbox Live’s multi billion dollar success for MS.
i’d love a link to that quote you said. you’re a liar until you do post it. then again, we already know you ps3 zealouts are liars…. lol.
ncaissie – “And like you fuckin morons said there are millions of people with multiple accounts as well as millions who create an account and never use it. Jackasses!”
just like PS3 users who create HOME accounts and never use them according the ghost town reports about it. Not to mention the psp users that sony is counting as part of the PSN numbers to compare against xbox live. How many of those psp’s are used online….. yep , very, very little.
Roca – we don’t need a virtual mall to game. We have xbox live. The most succesful and most used online gaming service for any console.
Why do we need to play small “virtual” games when xbox live has games on xbox live arcade to play. Way better quality than anything you’ll find in a virtual mall in HOME.
So much so, many xbox live arcade games have won many awards in the industry. Not so of the virtual arcade games you have to play in HOME to prevented from being bored.
“2. it still lags behind Home in social networking features and gaming.”
actually, once again, you have your facts wrong. Home isn’t a gaming service as xbox live is and PSN is lagging behind xbox live in use as HOME is lagging behind xbox live in actual man hours used.
It appears gamers like to game more than walk around virtual malls in silence…what a suprise.
it’s funny that you’re the only ps3 fanboy hyping HOME. Even funnier is your SOLE point is “there are more free HOME users than paying xbox live gold users”. Ignoring the fact HOME gets used less my MORE people than xbox live and people choose to pay, and renew, their gold memberships.
I actually got a free game ($50) and a free voicecom ($50) when i signed up for xbox live initially. I came out $50 ahead.
Meanwhile the ps3 doesn’t give you any voicecom for free and makes people buy a separate one after charging them $600 for the ps3. bleh….
January 26th, 2011
ncaissie – “You are a fucking liar. If you were in home you would know there are dozens of game related areas with hundreds of people times that by many servers. ”
take a screen shot showing hundreds of people…heck i’ll take one showing ONE hundred people gathered in one place in HOME “socializing”, and post it.
you’re so full of shit, man…lmao….
January 26th, 2011
PS3 still cost $600? Wow.
Not every 360 SKU comes with a headset or a HDD. Apparently the “we’ve got options” excuse in only feasible in describing the 360 but not the PS3. lol
January 26th, 2011
phranc – i never said still cost $600…. are you confused?
the new $199 core comes with a HDD and headset. Don’t believe me? pop into any gamestop and ask.
Even so, those that didn’t come with one, was a great choice for parents buying one for their kids who don’t game online. It’s nice to have an affordable option, regardless of how paultry the sales of the cheapest model.
voicecom during online gaming really isn’t an “option” as you need it for teamwork and coordination while online gaming.
XBox live made voicecom a *standard* for online console gaming. It’s only an option for PS3 online players because they have to pay to be able talk online by buying a separate voicecom and it wasn’t included.
No, no….it should have been included. Especially with the highest launch price in the playstation history, barring the $700 PSX launched in limited supply in Japan years ago.
January 26th, 2011
Kev – “it runs better on the 360.”
not according to Bioware, IGN, Lens of Truth and Ars Technica.
Kev – “we don’t need a virtual mall to game.”
over 236 Virtual Games & 600 Virtual Events (all free) are far more than “virtual mall”. The fact is that Home has more users than XBL Gold. how pathetic is that?
Kev – “actually, once again, you have your facts wrong. Home isn’t a gaming service as xbox live is ”
but Home does have more games (over 236 to be exact) than what you get for the $60 you pay for XBL Gold.
How many games does the $60 Gold membership gets you: NONE.
Kev – “it’s funny that you’re the only ps3 fanboy hyping HOME”
I’m not hyping it, I’m just stating the facts.
Home: 17M users
XBL Gold: 12.5
Home games: 236
XBL Gold games: zero, nada.
January 26th, 2011
“the new $199 core comes with a HDD and headset”
no it does not come with either.
January 26th, 2011
“the new $199 core comes with a HDD and headset. Don’t believe me? pop into any gamestop and ask. ”
No it doesn’t. It comes with 4GB on internal flash memory. Not enough to install one game.
The Arcade/Core is a good option to save money. It still appears as a ripoff though. The unsuspecting parents will end up needing a HDD if they want to enjoy even a fraction of what the 360 offers, and until recently, the only choices were expensive proprietary ones.
A bluetooth headset costs less than 1 year of live. You can also use your bluetooth phone headset if you have one. That’s a nice option. I bought one for the car and can use it on my PS3.
January 26th, 2011
* Xbox 360 4GB S Console
* Xbox 360 Black Wireless Controller
* Xbox 360 Composite A/V cable (standard definition)
* One Month Xbox LIVE Gold Membership
* 1 year limited warranty on console
January 26th, 2011
Roca any chance you can find the link to him saying ODST looks better than Killzone 2 (Which is considered by all major gaming experts to be the best looking console game).
January 26th, 2011
@oldschool
I’ll see if I can find it. I believe Godless was part of that argument saying ODST/Reach look better than Killzone 2. I don’t remember if it was ODST or Reach.
HH was the one who claimed ODST look better than Uncharted 2.
But here’s a simple way of finding that out:
@Kev
does ODST look better than Uncharted 2 or Killzone 2?
January 26th, 2011
@OS
http://gamer.blorge.com/2011/01/08/epic-killzone-3-story-trailer-reveals-much-about-the-game/#comment-151809
January 26th, 2011
I’m willing to bet most parents chose the cheaper of the SKUs Kev. I wouldn’t pay $5 for the POS.
Like Phranc said it is not a HDD it is onboard memory.
January 26th, 2011
You know after having my PS3 stolen, I’ve looked at my 360 and thought that I might as well pay the x360 subscription fee and that way I can at least play online, but then I read the fucking stupid comments by Kev and company and there is no way I’m going to waste my hard earned money playing online where I might come across these fucking idiots.
So I go play the Wii.
January 26th, 2011
Roca – again, HOME is NOT a gaming service. It’s a social networking service that has small, short, arcade-like games.
kinda like Facebook and farmville games. This is what HOME is compared to as both are socializing services. Xbox live gold is a gaming service. The most comprehensive and feature rich service on any console according to the data.
with 17 million “users”, HOME still gets used less than Xbox live Gold which you say has millions less users. Doesn’t speak well for the replay value of HOME….
more users isn’t a bragging point sport when the “users” aren’t really using it….
January 26th, 2011
ncaissie – bet taken. I’ll find the link showing the hdd-less 360 is the least sold of all 360. what’s the penalty? you leave?
January 26th, 2011
Rhino – good choice. I’ve seen your insane ramblings and lies. The ps3′s HOME is a better place for you to hang out than xbox live. At least there you can lie and noone can hear you.
January 26th, 2011
“Kind of funny know Home has more users than XBL Gold.”
not really as:
1. the “users” are merely registered users who are not using the service according to the data of the ps3′s online useage.
2. HOME is free whereas Gold is not. Still tho, PSN is free also but more gamers use Xbox live Gold than PSN according to the data.
3. HOME is a social networking platform like Second Life or Facebook…just waaaaaaay weaker than those. Prolly why you’re comparing it out of category. You need all the help you can to make the ps3′s online failure look less like one…lmao..
January 26th, 2011
what data….there is not date about this stuff.
and yes Home offers more games and has more users than the pathetic XBL Gold.
how many games do you get for the $60 you paid for a Gold membership?
January 26th, 2011
Ah thank you very much phranc.
‘Actually there are better looking games than Killzone games on the 360. easily.
ODST looked great, and had better lighting, particle affects, AI, and physics than any Killzone game. Maybe you need to stop focusing on textures and look at all the graphics’
Not my words Kev but yours lmfao! You have just been caught out in a lie, yes another lie lol.
January 26th, 2011
Kev “I’ve seen your insane ramblings and lies.”
LOL LOL LOL LOL what a complete douche bag.
Mate, I hear banjo’s playing, time to go give your sister another good shag.
Fucking idiot lol.
January 27th, 2011
Lol @ kev
trying to make another bet after weasling out of the one I propose by making yet another bet on things I never said.
So when are you going to man up and stand by your words?
Kev says:
none of ps3 fanboys predictions come true….
January 27th, 2011
Time to take kev to school yet again…okay kev pay attention okay ?
” Still tho, PSN is free also but more gamers use Xbox live Gold than PSN according to the data. ”
Before I begin I will say this: I don’t really care for home…but its a nice added FREE feature, but I hate the xbox gold service, its a complete rip and your own 360 fanbase backs up my claim.
The last time ms/sony released numbers, it was reported on this very site, so ill let you do the digging, but here goes the FACTUAL numbers from the last time…mind you this is when 360 hit 40million users and I believe ps3 was at 37.5…here were your “great full featured only on consoles” numbers:
40million people…only HALF (20million) were connected online at ALL….that leaves 20million 360 users not even connected online..
Out of that 20million…only HALF were gold subbers ( idiots??) That is 10 million….
So much for your numbers and these were actual ms reported/industry proven numbers….you can now shut the fuck up about the sorry ass Gold LIVE service….mind you, I have no problem with Silver, my beef is with Gold and apparently over 3/4s of the 360 base share my opinion…
Sonys PSN service had over 35million active online users….that’s already 15million more than LIVE/Gold…
You can continue shutting the fuck up now kev and please…bring up the petty ” but of course psn has more users its free” argument….to that I say no fucking shit…that’s the whole point of the argument and gamers are voting…for PSN…read, and cry like the bitch you are kev…id cry too if ms was bending me over the way you let them everytime you resub to gold…
January 27th, 2011
“Kev says: none of ps3 fanboys predictions come true….”
Let’s see:
BR became dominant hidef format ( developers having to scale back graphics/content due to 360 limitations, I.engrand theft auto, final fantasy, lost planet, and many more)
BR Storage key factor in PS3 becoming lead platform ( capcom/square/konami/ea, and many more stated such)
Hdmi a must (remember the 360 stated hdmi wasn’t needed)
WiFi a must have ( new 360 with wifi proves this)
PS3 wins graphics every year ( and it has )
PSN/PSN+ surpasses LIVE/Gold in content/quality ( ask carlb for this explanation)
PSN overtakes LIVE in active online users ( read above post)
PSN remains free despite also offering netflix/hulu/vudu/more ( hahah sucks to be you, 360 upped the gold price lol)
PS3 build quality remains top notch( 360 stiol marred by poor quality)
Slim overtakes 360 in sales ( hahah)
PS3 closes and overtakes sales gap (it has, but kinect took it back, doh!…haha wait till end of march and forworld wide fiscal reports soon
)
Hoped you paid attention kev, there will be a pop quiz
January 28th, 2011
@ jojo: Kev won’t reply on this article again after just being royally owned like that lmao. You should really save this whole comment so you can paste it later on when he goes on about Home, Live,PSN or graphical superiority lol.
January 28th, 2011
jojo – uh..sony included psp in their PSN userbase counts.
you = pwned…. lmao.
Roca – I got a free game and a free voicecom with my xbox live gold subscription
“Let’s see:
BR became dominant hidef format ( developers having to scale back graphics/content due to 360 limitations, I.engrand theft auto, final fantasy, lost planet, and many more)”
you ps3 fanboys said the ps3 would propel bluray into the mainstream. This did not happen. Sony paid Tosh to remove HD-DVD from the market in exchange for production contracts. Sony PAID bluray into the #1 hd format, idiot…. the ps3 fanboys were wrong…again..
“BR Storage key factor in PS3 becoming lead platform ( capcom/square/konami/ea, and many more stated such)”
and yet, 360 game have larger levels, more characters on screen, better visual affects, and more stable framerates than the ps3. Storage factor has zero basis on gameplay as was promised by sony fanboys. If it was a “key factor” it would be so on the remaining 99% of the games on the market. But it more suits your logic to focus on the 1% of the games. The ps3 is not the lead platform in multiplat games. sorry….lmao.. again. fanboys failed.
“Hdmi a must (remember the 360 stated hdmi wasn’t needed)”
actually it was stated HDMI isn’t needed for 720p. And that is absolutely true. Again, the fanboys are wrong. If HDMI is a “must” why did Sony make ps3 owners buy their own after paying $600 for a ps3? HDMI cables ain’t cheap…
“WiFi a must have ( new 360 with wifi proves this)”
not really a must have 5 years ago. Even laptops didn’t have them integrated back then. it was nice to allow MS gamers the choice whereas sony forced ps3 gamers to pay for wifi with the $600 even if they didn’t have a wifi network as most houses didn’t in 2005.
“PS3 wins graphics every year ( and it has )”

PSN/PSN+ surpasses LIVE/Gold in content/quality ( ask carlb for this explanation)
Not really. PSN makes you pay for demos. Xbox live has waaay more gaming features than PSN and voice communication is standard with every 360, but not with ps3. Noone ouside of the ps3 fanboys think PSN even comes close to xbox live’s gaming features.
“PSN overtakes LIVE in active online users ( read above post)
Since sony is including PSP numbers in their PSN user count one can never be sure. Then again, PSN is used less hours per week per user than Xbox live is so it doesn’t appear PSN is all that great.
“PSN remains free despite also offering netflix/hulu/vudu/more”
Almost free. There are some games that charge to play on PSN.
“hahah sucks to be you, 360 upped the gold price lol)”
actually, i have no problem spending $10 a year when gas is $3.40 a gallon. I can understand your stance tho. I’d be broke too if i paid $600 for a ps3, $50 for a voicecom, $50 for a hdmi cable, etc, etc….
“PS3 build quality remains top notch( 360 stiol marred by poor quality)”
There have been complaints of ps3 quality issues and the yellow lights…
“Slim overtakes 360 in sales ( hahah)”
both are MS consoles…why are happy? this puts your ps3 farther in last place…..lmao….
“PS3 closes and overtakes sales gap (it has, but kinect took it back, doh!…haha wait till end of march and forworld wide fiscal reports soon )”
riiight….”just wait”…that has been sony’s mantra since the ps3 launched….. wake me up when it gets out of last place until then, it’s just one MORE failed ps3 fanboy prediction…lol.
“Hoped you paid attention kev, there will be a pop quiz”
I hope you paid attention, jojo. Then again, most of this is prolly over your head…

I love how Kev thinks he owned you but half of what he put is lies or just total blind fanboyism. Kev, your response totally failed.
As for bigger levels and more enemies, well Ratchet and Clank has some HUGE levels with a hell of a lot of enemies and explosions and loads of stuff flying around the screen at the same time with no slow down what so ever. Look at A Crack in Time and see how it has more enemies on screen at one time than any Halo game …and it looks better as well.
Prove to me that Halo has more enemies on the screen than R+C, seeing as this is your only defense of the 360′s graphics.
Seriously though Kev, that ‘owning’ you wrote totally failed lmao.

“you ps3 fanboys said the ps3 would propel bluray into the mainstream. This did not happen. Sony paid Tosh to remove HD-DVD from the market in exchange for production contracts. Sony PAID bluray into the #1 hd format, idiot…. the ps3 fanboys were wrong…again..”
blah blah blah. Blu Ray is the dominant HD format. I have the latest numbers if you really feel like looking like a fool. WB turning their backs on HDDVD is what did them in. Sony selling Cell technology to the co creators is not indicative of them buying out HDDVD, fool.
