Never-say-never should be the mantra at Crytek as the studio recently announced that the first Crysis game will be making its way to the PS3 and Xbox 360. The game will be available as a downloadable game only across the two platforms.

Tension regarding Microsoft’s heavy-handed policies has been bubbling to the surface with smaller indie devs speaking out against the company. It appears that Sony has been dealing directly with the publishers who have been impacted by Microsoft’s guidelines.

Microsoft is prepping its usual autumn dashboard update for the Xbox 360. When the update was first demonstrated it did receive a bit of flack for its focus solely on the Kinect.
