GTA 5 trailer debuts – Want. Game. Now.
GTA 5 is almost ready to go, with the game complete enough for Rockstar to release a trailer. And what a trailer it is.
The Grand Theft Auto series has never disappointed me, even going back to the 2D, top-down titles of the Playstation era. Grand Theft Auto 3 saw the series go 3D, and Grand Theft Auto IV brought the series to the current generation of consoles. But that was released over three years ago now, with only expansion packs to keep us going.
One week after its existence was confirmed (after having been rumored for months and expected for years) the first official trailer for Grand Theft Auto V has been released. And it leaves me wanting the game now. And annoyed I’m going to have to wait until next year before I get my greasy hands on it. And we don’t even know when in 2012 it’ll be released as yet.
We’re heading back to San Andreas for GTA V, with the Vinewood sign giving the game away. This is essentially Los Angeles and Hollywood. There are suggestions that the differences between the rich and poor will be explored somehow, which ties in well to the current economic downturn and Occupy Wall Street movement.
If you feel you missed anything, and there is a hell of a lot packed into that 1 minute and 24 second teaser, then Gaming Bolt has compiled a list of things to watch out for. Or you can use our comments section to point out anything you notice which other may not have.
As much as I want to play this, and it’s a day one purchase for me, I’m craving a Red Dead Redemption sequel even more so. And judging by the comments on the previous GTA V article I’m not alone. All that goes to show is how brilliantly well-executed these open-world Rockstar games are. Hell, I wouldn’t even mind a Bully sequel right about now.

I loved it. It had that mountain to traverse, massive open fields, a big city, jumbo jets, parachuting, and every single mission was different. Loved it!
Vice is a close second. That game definitely had the most memorable characters and story.

I found my first big bug in uncharted. Had to tun off the game I was so pissed.
Spoiler alert:
When you and sully are in the burning mansion and you shoot the two guys above, then you are suppose to shoot out the wall. I did all that and there was nothing on the other side. I jump through and just keep falling. After about 20 minutes of trying to figure out what I was suppose to do I looked on YouTube to find out there is suppose to be a room on the other side. I tried jumping everywhere ang died like 15 times. After seeing that I shut it off. I don’t know if it will work when I go back but it better.

I wasn't that impressed with the trailer. I'm glad that they added more colors in the game but they didn't show actual gameplay…and that's what I'm concerned about in GTA. The gameplay and storyline in GTA 4 was hooooorrible..cops would respond right behind you…cars constantly ramming you from the back…the most stupidest and retarded AI in the game with people driving like maniancs, running you over, getting 7 to 10 punches in a row, etc….
If GTA5 has the same retarded AI I will happily pass on this. I don't care how great a game looks if the gameplay is horrible…the hell with it.

I just finished Uncharted 3!

The only thing wrong with San Andreas was the golden brown/sepia colour scheme that was omnipresent and the weak sauce graphics.
Remake San Andreas with GTA 4/5′s graphics and you’ll have a game that will sell faster than Halo.

Basically it probably won’t kill you in this day & age, but if it’s side effects are bad enough there are many alternatives to cows milk you should consider.

I’m with Captbirdman here. It’s easy to say all of that crap when you don’t live in Mexico. Maybe you don’t know what it’s like to live in terror of latino gangs who brutally execute and dump dead bodies on busy highways.

Gta trailer looks sweet.

Do you really “hate” all those people, or the employers who fire legal citizens to hire illegal immigrants?
Are they really “stealing” jobs or just taking those that are offered to them?
Wouldn’t it be better to focus attention on the causes of illegal immigration you are talking about (i.e. severe circumstances in the country they are migrating from, employers looking to exploit any opportunity, legal or illegal, etc.) than to blame innocent refugees and their families?
